I believe that deep growth happens when we’re challenged with hard moments along our life path. I help people harness their innate resilience through developmental coaching, mindfulness-based practices, ritual and ceremony and somatic practices that can help them feel more centered, open, and alive. It is my hope that we all know that, no matter who we are or where we come from, we have something meaningful, unique and valuable to offer to the world.
When holding space for you, I can help you see the value in your own story. My aim is to ensure that that during our sessions you feel comfortable, accepted, at ease, seen, and heard. I want you to leave your session feeling more hopeful and empowered. My belief is that if we can approach our lives and struggles with a little more lightheartedness and forgiveness we can connect with our innate dignity, joy and strength.
I believe humor, when used to create intimacy, trust, and perspective, is one of the most powerful tools of self-knowledge and the great destroyer of self-judgement or self-inflation! Sometimes we just need to take a step back and see our own stories from a different perspective. Though I deeply honor and appreciate the traditions and beliefs of others, I like to keep things “real” and “down to earth.” The way I see it, it’s ok to mix the sacred and the subversive. We are here to learn, play, grow, love, suffer, and experience joy, and whether we are young or old, we have a limited amount of time here on this beautiful planet to do it!
Think about it:
What would your life look like if you lived with more love and intention?
What would it feel like to be more honest with yourself and others?
How do your assumptions shape who and how you are?
What do you want to change?
How might you invite a sense of freedom and space into your life?
How would it feel to forge a sense of connection with yourself, your community, nature, and Source?
Who are you becoming?
